Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a pickup, using our delivery service, or creating an account with Green Spin Laundry ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Green Spin Laundry provides laundry pickup, washing, drying, folding, and delivery services for customers in the Greater Taichung area. Services include bag-based, piece-based, and set-based pricing options, as well as subscription plans and add-on services.

We reserve the right to refuse service for items that are hazardous, contaminated, or require specialized care beyond our standard capabilities.

3. Bookings and Scheduling

When you place a booking, you agree to:

• Be available at the agreed pickup and delivery time slots.
• Ensure laundry is ready for collection at the scheduled pickup time.
• Provide accurate address and contact information.
• Notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed at the time of booking and are based on the pricing mode (bag, piece, or set), selected services, and any applicable add-ons. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made via credit card, LINE Pay, iPASS Pay, wallet balance, or cash on delivery.

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) and will continue until cancelled or paused.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Emptying all pockets before pickup.
• Informing us of any special care instructions or delicate items.
• Ensuring items left for pickup are not damaged or contaminated.
• Securing valuables and removing personal items from pockets.

6. Liability

We take utmost care in handling your laundry. However, we are not liable for damage to items that are already damaged, fragile, or not suitable for standard washing. Our maximum liability for any damaged or lost item is limited to the cost of the item or NT$2,000, whichever is lower.

We are not liable for items left in pockets, valuables left in laundry bags, or damage caused by items not declared as requiring special care.

7. Account and Wallet

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law. Digital gift cards have a validity period and must be redeemed before the expiry date.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
